It was time to create a broader sister blog to my longtime wine blog to cover all the other things that interest me. As co-founder and CEO of Krillion (a local search startup still in stealth mode) and having spent the last 5 years at Yahoo! (most recently heading up the business development team for Y! Search), naturally there will be plenty of interesting anecdotes from Silicon Valley and the larger Internet phenomenon we are creating/living through. Perhaps I can add some additional color to the great conversations going on all around.
Incidentally, the blog's name comes from the nickname that my friend Carl Uminski tagged me with a few years ago (Tole) -- it has stuck, so he gets credit for that!
